How to care your eye

1. If you have a glasses number then you must be need a regulars eye checkup
2.If you spend a lot of time on the computer then it is very important for you to know about the 20-20 rule because by reducing the log time in the system our blinking rate reduces a lot which can prevent eye dryness in future. To prevent this problem, we should look 20 feet away in 20 minutes and blink 20 times so that our body becomes moist and we do not have the problem of dryness in future.
3. If your field work is very heavy due to which you have to travel most of the time then you should always keep your eyes covered to protect yourself from foreign body and also from getting more air in your eyes. You can use goggles / protection glasses so that your eyes are always safe.
4. If you have any systemic diseases like BP or SUGAR or something then you should get your eyes examined regularly in 6 months to know if there is any problem in you due to your BP or SUGAR.
